i booked a room with a comfortable bed, an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk. the local staff were very very helpful.

The idea to include a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge in the standard apartment was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed having a bathtub. Lovely and fantastic location - a short way from everywhere we needed.

Some might find the balcony to be a bit small, but I personally didn't mind.

The staff were fantastic, always responding quickly and going above and beyond to decorate the apartment for my sister's birthday.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is to provide a wider variety of options.

We really appreciated the free secure parking, as we could see our car from the balcony. the customer service was excellent, with quick responses to our questions via email. the location was ideal, especially for young adults like us. There was a Tesco downstairs, shopping centres and clubs were just a five-minute walk away, and we were able to park right outside the door. the hosts were amazing too, providing instant replies and ensuring a clean apartment. They even went above and beyond by decorating the apartment for my sister's birthday, with flowers and a card. When we return to Birms, this is definitely the place we'll be rebooking.
